You may only use the Services for legitimate transactions with your customers. You know your customers better than we do and you are responsible for your relationship with them. Stripe is not responsible for any products or services that you post or sell or that your customers purchase through the Services; or if you accept donations, for your communication with your customers about the intended use of those donations. You represent and warrant that you are solely responsible for the nature and quality of the products or services you provide, as well as the delivery, support, refunds, returns and any other ancillary services you provide to your customers. The privacy terms and conditions applicable to this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A (Privacy Addendum) and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement; provided that this Appendix A does not apply to the Venmo Service of PayPal, which is subject to the Privacy Principles set forth in the Venmo Terms of Use under braintreepayments.com. The provisions of the Privacy Addendum shall prevail over any conflicting provisions of this Agreement relating to data protection and privacy. You represent and warrant that you will not knowingly post false or misleading product data or that you will not use Stripe Relay to sell or attempt to sell or attempt to sell illegal products or services through the Applications, and that you are solely responsible for the production, performance, shipping and provision of ancillary services in connection with transactions you receive through your use of Stripe.
